  • Partners will vote and evaluate among themselves to appoint leaders who oversee operations, ensuring transparency and merit-based leadership.

  • Each partner will lead a  specialized division , such as Residential, Commercial, Technology, Client Engagement, or Social Media.
  • Leaders will have the autonomy to drive their divisions while aligning with Mindlink’s mission to foster excellence and innovation.

3. Performance-Based Recognition and Equity Rewards
The program rewards exceptional contributions through:

  • Top Recruiter : For the partner with the highest recruits over three years.
  • Top Team Partner : For leading the largest team.
  • Top Sales Partner : For achieving the highest transaction value.

Equity Allocation:

  • An undisclosed portion of Mindlink’s shares will be allocated to the Management Committee, based on comprehensive performance assessments.
  • Larger shares will be awarded to active contributors demonstrating exceptional performance.
  • Shares will remain exclusive to contributors; non-performing or inactive partners may have their allocations reviewed to ensure fairness and integrity.
