A Dream Begins (2001)

In 2001, a vision was born—a vision to create something different, something meaningful, something that would redefine how real estate was experienced in Singapore. This dream gave life to Mindlink Realty, a sole proprietorship rooted in the values of integrity, hard work, and a commitment to serving people.

Steady Growth Amid Challenges (2005)

Through every challenge, we remained steadfast in our mission, staying grounded in our core principles. This dedication saw Mindlink Realty evolve into Mindlink Realty Pte Ltd in 2005, paving the way for a stronger foundation to serve our clients. Slowly but surely, Mindlink Groups began to grow, building trust, and earning its place as a reliable and respected name in real estate.

A Landmark Expansion (2009)

By 2009, Mindlink had established 12 branches across Singapore, becoming a significant player in the industry. Even in the face of expansion, we stayed true to our roots—guided by our founding values of integrity, perseverance, and service.

Transformation into Mindlink Groups (2012)

As we consolidated operations in 2012, Mindlink Realty officially became Mindlink Groups. This transformation marked a new chapter, one that positioned us as a unified, forward-looking organization ready to embrace innovation and adapt to an ever-changing real estate landscape.

Pursuing International Horizons (2013–2019)

Over the years, Mindlink sought to establish itself as a global property consultancy firm. These aspirations took us beyond Singapore to countries like China and Malaysia, where we aimed to leave our mark and expand our influence.

While not all ventures resulted in lasting success, each step provided invaluable lessons, testing our resilience and shaping our ability to adapt.

Resilience Amidst Setbacks

After the pandemic and COVID-19 upheaval, the challenges we faced swept away years of accumulated progress. Yet, these trials only strengthened our resolve to rebuild and refocus on our roots in Singapore. Facing these realities with resilience, we decided to return to what we do best—serving our clients and community with dedication and excellence.

A Leap of Faith (2023)

Toying with the idea of an immediate breakthrough, we acquired an international brand in Singapore, hoping to leverage its platform for greater reach and impact. However, destiny had other plans—the deal fell through, leaving us to recalibrate and chart our course anew.

Celebrating 24 Years of Excellence (2025)

Today, Mindlink Groups stands tall, celebrating 24 years of success, resilience, and growth. What began as a single man’s vision has transformed into a powerhouse of dedicated professionals, passionate individuals, and a company that has touched the lives of countless clients and partners.
